Rajni_Kant, the family is shocked to know that Bubbles (Sweety Walia) and
Amartya harbour feelings for each other. The Kants fearing the worst, keep the
two lovebirds apart, but the two distract the parivar and elope (DRAMA: The
Kant Family Separate Bubbles and Amartya, Sept 19).
In the upcoming episodes, Bubbles and Amu will be seen replaying the iconic
scene from Sholay, where Veeru (Dharmendra) attempts to jump off the water tower if Basanti's (Hema Malini)
mausi rejects his feeling for her niece.
Likewise, the lovebirds too threaten the family that they will jump from the
terrace if they object and oppose their love. In order to stop them, the family
pacifies them and agrees to their relationship status. The happy couple will then
enter the house hand-in-hand.
An angry Amrish (Rajendra Chawla), fumes at
the two, but his wife Surili (Pallavi Pradhan) makes him
understand that they love each other now and want to get married. She makes her
brother Amu promise that whatever he plans for his future with Bubbles, they
will seek the blessings of their father, Baba.
Once the family disperses from the room, Bubbles is worried as her history with
her sister-in-law's father is not very nice. She tells Amu that in the past she
had mixed alcohol in his drink and on another occasion, shooed him away with an
electric racket.
Bubbles asks Rajni (Ridhima Pandit) to help her in this situation as she
doesn't know how to impress her soon-to-be father-in-law. The ever-helpful
robot promises her bua to be by her side during this phase.
It is now to be seen whether they receive
the elders' blessing or if this situation will give rise to another
